It would have been so much easier if we had dealt with it at that time. 
As it was it took us ten months to "bonk out". (our little term for how 
we work out issues)  I'll bet there is a good list of such things, 
which would be valuable for forming groups to think about early, while 
the group is small such as pets, guns, toy guns, sub-leasing, conflict 
resolution, etc.  I'll start asking around and add it to the next 
edition of the Cohousing Resource Guide.
