All fine ideas. I also feel compelled to put in a plug for NWIS (still no
permanent name yet) Cohousing in Arlington, MA. We have 6 member households
with a bunch of prospective / associate households also involved. We are
using the Cohousing Center as consultants to the entire development process,
from attracting members to site selection to financing to renovations. They
are currently representing us in discussions exploring the feasibility of
securing an option to obtain a subdivision here in Arlington. For
information on NWIS, call the Cohousing Center, or call my wife Kate or
myself at (617)643-9760.
