Actually, I personally don't care all that much about the name
(except that NWIS has to go!)  I just wish that we'd pick a
reasonable one and be done with it.  I think that the problem is
that choosing a name falls under the same category as choosing
the color of the bathroom tile in the common house, and thus we
shouldn't be applying the consensus method to this problem,
because it doesn't work!  -- Laura
