Cohousing-L Mailing List: List Historian?

As a new list member, and a member of the Muir Commons cohousing 
community, I had a couple of questions.  Is there a person or persons who 
summarize the threads and preserve them for posterity?  Is this what 
exists in some gopher form?  It would be nice for new participants to 
have some sense of what has gone before, before jumping into the current 
current of ideas.  Thanks.
