Cohousing-L Mailing List: Affordability - Once More

Rob, 

thanks for making it so clear why affordability is such a problem in 
cohousing.  It's the up front costs that make it so difficult.  I can't see 
how a group cant make it, unless there is a good number among them with 
deep pockets and lots of good will.  

Has anyone been talking to Habitat for Humanity about the idea of acting as 
the up-front deep-pockets friend of cohousing?
