If by "superficial" Craig means "transparent" -- as in the sharing of telecom
facilities -- then making sharing "superficial" may yet be a route to the
mainstreaming of cohousing.  If so, as Craig suggested, it _will_ be marketed,
and _sold_ like other luxury/cultural things are sold.

Hmmm...  something to look forward to?
