Cohousing-L Mailing List: recruitment

At Highline Crossing, in the Denver suburbs, we've been stagnant at about
23-24 members for several months, and our building schedule is being 
impacted - we can't continue the next phase of building until we fill 
up more of our units.  We have 36 units total.  Any suggestions on 
recruitment/marketing would be welcomed.   thanx
