Hello, this is my first post here; I'm ready to delurk.

I am anticipating the conference reports with both eagerness and 
jealousy. I wish I could have attended. But, second best after 
attending will be the writeups (of which I've read two so far; 
delightfull reading, too).

Third best, I'd say, is the virtual conference I experience as I absorb 
the excellent level of discussion on this mailing list. This list has 
the highest ratio of quality stuff to noise that I've seen in the 
e-world. To catalyze more of this, I will be posting questions that 
have arisen in discussions in my own cohousing community, and possibly 
compiling the answers offered by you if that seems appropriate to the 
specific topic.

About me: I'm a member of Puget Ridge Cohousing, a 23-household 
community in West Seattle that completed construction this autumn. We 
moved in during several phases over the summer, and are beginning our 
new life there: forming committees, practicing our common meals, and 
generally figuring out what comes next.
