Greetings,

At Nyland we have the blessings of several community members who are
professional trainers and group facilitators.  We have done a ceremony called
the Flower Bowl Ceremony two times with excellent results.  Everyone in the
community gathers and we speak in three rounds. Appreciations, Regrets and
Hurts.  No comments just active listening.  This seems to getthings out in
the open and allows for healing to take place in the days or weeks after the
ceremony.  We encourage people to be specific, name names when you are
speaking to the issue at hand.  Let me know if you have additional questions.
