Hmmmmm, your mail reader must work differently than mine. Most mail I get has both the account name and the real name. Anyway, I am catalyst [at] pacifier.com, I being John Gear, chief cook and bottle washer at Catalyst Consulting Services, a one-person business and operations management consulting practice I started in Vancouver WA (once I figured out that I was spending 90% of my time on these tasks although only being paid as a lead technical writer/editor). My dream is to run Catalyst out of my house in a cohousing community and specialize in helping "alternative" groups (cohousing communities, social change groups, and other nonprofits) get the benefits of what conventional businesses *do* know without having to acquire all the other characteristics portrayed *so* accurately in "Dilbert."
