i wrote a response to a note about unit pricing the other day (actually around
2 a.m.) and forgot to identify myself as someone other than david mandel (my 
beloved domestic partner whose name is on the top of all of our messages).  in
case anyone cares (besides david, who is mortified that my opinions might be 
ascribed to him!) i'm susan scott (also of southside park co-housing in 
sacramento).
