Well...we're still in the early stages of core group formation...but we're
very strongly leaning toward that model.  We're keeping an eye out for older
neighborhoods in the SF Bay area near transit and shopping, where the
property values might not be keeping up with the newer developments on the
fringes.  We anticipate starting out with one or two houses in a
neighborhood, then growing, either by having people who move in or by making
friends amongst our new neighbors or both.

We're still at the *very* early stages of this, and are now doing some
research on how it might be able to work (including a visit to N St. this
very day!).
