In the next issue of the Cohousing Journal will be an insert with most 
all the cohousing groups listed on it, and a contact phone.  You would 
need to inquire of the built groups, ask about rentals.  Most do so as 
a shared room in a unit.  Also I have seen rentals advertised on this 
list in the last couple of months, inluding one at Nyland from Lu 
wright  luwright [at] spot.Colorado.EDU.
