I am working on some information to give to a panel of real estate 
brokers about cohousing and one question they have asked is: What is 
the turnover in cohousing compared with other real estate?

Uhhhhhh......I donno.....

So if you'all would share with me:
The number of homes you have
The number of years you have been together
The number of homes that have sold

I'd appreciate it. For starters  Sharingwood has 12 homes, been 
together (houses on the land) for 7 years and have had 2 homes come up 
for sale.
