Eric,
        There is indeed a cohousing group in Charlottesville!  The
Charlottesville cohousing group is about a year old.  We are currently
looking for property.  I joined the group about six months ago, after
having moved here from Davis, California. If you want my personal opinion
Charlottesville is loads better than Davis.  E-mail me if you want more
info about our group.
