I wonder if someone can help me.  I am looking for information on possibly
creating a co-op group as the owner of our trailer park.  Has anyone done
something similar to this?  Also, does anyone have information on
requirements?  I'm not sure if this fits the description of cohousing
contained in the welcome letter -- we will not have any central building.
We are just interested in each park resident owning the park collectively
and voting on rules and regulations.  Thanks.
