Cohousing-L Mailing List: Choosing chores

We at Tucson Cohousing are (perhaps a bit prematurely, perhaps not) trying to
figure out a number of issues about what happens after we move in (in 3 to 5
years). One of these is  about chore allocation.

How have other groups allocated chores? Do they rotate, or do some people get
to keep the same job indefinitely? 

If the latter, has there been any problem with people thinking it unfair 
that one person always gets to do garden work, while another has to
clean the common house?
