Hi Joyce,
I was wondering if you will be experiencing water or air pollution in your
common house built over the diesel truck shop.  I'm sorry to bring this up,
but I just spent a year in a house that was built where a former nursery was,
and there was such groundwater pollution that the city was out checking our
*air* with equipment!  I guess water pollution can wind up affecting the air.
 Have you had the soil, air, and water checked out?  It is something to
consider.
