Gee, I don't see what right there is for anyone to limit / restrict anyone
else's pets.  You don't limit your neighbor's thier numbers and kinds of
kids, furniture, etc, so why pets??  As long as they are responsibly taken
care of ... why should you care ...  In the common house is an arguable 
point, due to allergies, etc.  but in a PRIVATE home???
