Sharingwood has adopted the following areas of agreements:
Pet policy, Tree policy, registering Community leins, Late fees, 
membership, lot clearing, quiet hours, rental policy, guest policy, 
dumping and burning, consensus process, voting process.

We created a several page document which is called the community guide 
which defines general operations, some history, meeting process,land 
description, personal descriptions, social structure.  We are in the 
process of creating a facilitators training program which will include 
a largish packet of facilitation resources (under review currently).

If  you want the whole package, send me 6 stamps and I will send it to 
you; 4 stamps for postage, 2 stamps for my time and effort.  The whole 
list above is about 30 pages, are special formatted and have lots of 
graphics and it is too much of a pain to send them to everybody in email.
