EcoVillage at Ithaca has it's own CSA, run by Jen & John Bokaer-Smith. It's
about 1/2 acre (guesstimate) and provides food for a large number of our
members, and for many non-EVI members in Ithaca (NY). They've been doing it
for two years, going on three now, ever since we bought the land, and up
until this summer, it's the only thing happening on the land, except for
all our meetings in the summer, and community-building outings. Plans are
to expand the CSA to 2-3 acres.
