TO ANYONE WHO'S IN THE FRONT RANGE COLORADO AREA
(or close enough to drive here anyhow)

We're having a Common House Dedication and Open House
Sunday July 9th from Noon to 5pm.
Address: 1620 W. Canal Court, Littleton CO 80120

Our guest speaker at 1pm will be Robert Pyle who is
a naturalist and author of 'The Thunder Tree'. He's
an expert on the Highline Canal area of Denver,
which we just happen to live along.
(It's a great walking trail if you haven't heard of it)

Our common house and two of our 6 housing buildings are
built and occupied, a third building is under construction.
So far 10 homes are occupied in those two buildings (out of 15),
with at least 2 more to be moved into soon, maybe even
before the party.

=========================================================
To get to Highline Crossing:

>From Denver & points North:
I-25 south to Santa Fe exit. Santa Fe Drive south.
Stay on the left when Platte River drive forks off it.
Go roughly 10 miles, there's lots of construction in
some areas, but it should be light traffic, on a sunday.
You'll pass Evans, Hampden, Belleview, Littleton Blvd,
and a bunch of other streets. By the time you pass
Littleton Blvd, there's only 2 more miles on Santa Fe.
Take a left on Mineral (going east),
        * go a mile or so on Mineral
At the second light you come to, take a right on
        South Park Lane (going south)
** Pass the apartment complex, and a
park on the right, and you'll see Highline Crossing.
Take a right onto W. Canal Court, a right into our
development, and a left towards parking (presuming that
it hasn't been all taken. Otherwise, park in the
office complex across South Park Lane, or whereever you
        can find parking.

>From Golden and points West:
C-470 east to Santa Fe exit. Left (north) on Santa Fe.
Right on Mineral. Follow the * instructions above.

>From points east and south:
I-25 to C-470 west to Broadway exit. Right (north) onto Broadway.
Left (west) onto Mineral (Cub Foods at corner), go 2 lights
Left (south) onto South Park Lane.
        Follow the ** instructions above.

If you have problems on the day of the event, like getting lost or whatever,
call the Common House, (303) 795-2567, and hopefully someone will hear it
ring.

HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE !!!
