Cohousing-L Mailing List: Group legal agreements

I imagine that this has come up before, but I'm wondering whether any groups
would be willing to let us at Wasatch Cohousing examine their *legal
agreements* drawn up for the development phase? Stuff that controls the money
pulled together, how folks enter and leave the group, etc. We have ordered
some sample documents from the CoHoCo, but are interested in any that might be
constructed as Limited Liability Corps or Non-Profits. What say?
