Fred's note on msg content: THere has been talk of having coho
sample documents on the cohousing WWW site but I dont think it has 
happened yet.  Kate's offer should be duely recognised and with
a bit of assistance from Stuart (?) and maybe Pablo (??) it could 
happen.  Sure would be nice to have.

Hi All!

A new group is forming in Corvallis, Oregon.  With great originality, 
we've dubbed ourselves Corvallis Cohousing.  We've had 4 entire meetings 
and are just begining to struggles with structure and organization.

If any groups out there have by-laws, operational procedures or charters 
that they would be willing to share with us, we would be most grateful!  
I would be willing to pay for copying and shipping charges, if the stuff 
cannot be transmitted electronically.

If there is a FTP site or something like that, that already has this 
information, I'd love to hear about it.  

I would be willing to take *all* of the text information I get and put it 
in ASCII form, so that it can be easily transmitted to other groups who 
have similar requests.

I hope I get dozens of responses.
