Bob Morrison wrote of lack of funds for anything to build community, My
suggestion would be to find a few like-minded folks and proceed on a donations
basis - get a seed going - maybe try some fundraisers.  SOME People react
differently when they are asked for donations than are assessed.  It is at
least one idea.
