The 1995 Cohousing Resource Guide is now available regionally

The Cohousing Resource Guide is a volunteer, non-profit project that 
collects resources and information relevant to cohousing and community 
building and organizes it into a written, easy-to-use format. The 
Cohousing Resource Guide is a collection of advice, experiences and 
resources from existing cohousing groups focusing on practical, how to 
information. The goal of this project is to create a circle of sharing, 
where existing groups share what they have learned, forming groups use 
this information to create successful projects, then share what they 
learned with those who come after them, creating a growing volume of 
information that makes it  easier to develop cohousing.

The Cohousing Resource Guide contains information and advice regarding 
setting goals and values, making decisions as a group, process for 
effective meetings, dealing with conflicts, legal forms and issues, 
recruiting people, finding a site, site planning, commonhouse design 
learnings, working with banks, living together learnings, and books, 
magazines and other resources for more information.

The 1995 Cohousing Resource Guide costs $10 and is regionally available from:
