Rather than debate who or what caused the anti-social housing and
neighborhoods to appear; I rather have your opinion as to whether you believe
the research that's been done over the last 30 years, that indicates that if
certain design elements are present in a neighborhood---social networking
will be enhanced and if those elements are missing, then social networking
will be impeded.
