If I follow your notion that the design of buildings and neighborhoods have
no impact on whether people socialize or not (because people are
anti-social)---then it doesn't really matter what the buildings and
neighborhoods look like---therefore architects and planners are redundant
when it comes time to design cohousing developments or any other kind of
developments---we just need engineeers to make sure the buildings don't fall
down and kill people---right?
