Greg Emil  wrote about a cohousing logo, the good and the bad.

When the idea for a logo for the Puget Sound Cohousing Network came up, 
a few folks kicked around a bunch of ideas and we ended up wanting a 
symbol which showed both housing, and people.  Our solution is really 
not very good ( I did it so I can say that) but it does convey the idea 
of people and housing together somewhat.  I remember that we generated 
the following ideas in a brainstorm:

People working together
People sharing
Houses and people
Children, houses, and nature
Plan view showing commonhouses and house relationships
Community dinner
People in a gathering node showing house layout

Just sharing previous ideas about logos for cohousing - your mileage will vary
