Hello Again:

In 1980 I was hired to be a planning intern at Cerro Gordo.  I live and
worked there for the entire summer and would be happy to relate my
experiences to anyone who really wants to know.  I will say that I learned a
tremendous amount in those three months about community...unfortunately
mostly what not to do. The bottom line for me was, don't hold your vision too
tightly or you may smother it.
