I donts think you will need to legally do anything to convert your Pud to
cohousing except maybre ammend and offensive parts of your CC&Rs,  Most of
the agreements that make something cohousing are on the  side  as the DRE and
banks keep co housing issues, like who cooks dinner, out of legal documents.
