Cohousing-L Mailing List: Can our accountant talk to yours?

I'm the treasurer of the newly-formed Tucson Neighborhood Development 
Corporation (formerly Tucson Cohousing) and we are trying to figure out 
a lot of things relating to taxes, securities, etc., but as we are the 
first group in Arizona to incorporate as a non-profit, we have no 
in-state precedent to go by.

Our accountants have asked us if there is any way they could talk to 
accountants who have represented development entities (particularly 
non-profit corps) in other states to find out some clues.

So could any of you provide me with the phone numbers of your 
accountants, if they are amenable to talking with us?
