Various members invite the community to their homes for different rituals from Day of the Dead, to Summer and Winter Equinox events. But these are individual events to which not everyone attends. At the end of all meetings we have a group hug which is not religious in nature but I am sure some of us get spiritual benefit from it. (We don't pray nor envision whitelight, though we will sometimes joke, weave to and fro and be light hearted. It sounds to me that someone got a little enthusiastic with their own religious thinking and likely just have to be reminded that religion and co-housing should not mix in official ways - at least that is my opinion. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kevin Wolf | KEVIN WOLF & ASSOCIATES 724 N St | * Internet Consulting & Training Davis, CA 95616 | * Water-On-Line Project Phone: 916-758-4211 | * Organizational Facilitation & Fax : 916-758-2338 | * Development http://www.dcn.davis.ca.us/~khoi/kwa/ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
