It is fantastic to know we have cohousing way down there.  I'd love to hear
about your community.
I'll just have to call our community Northern Hemisphere Southernmost.
Are you forming, planning or built.
I just got the Cohousing Quart and saw the Aussie section.  I haven't read it
yet cause it's lost on my wife's desk of delerium.  I'll read it the moment I
find it.

We've just got our land in Palm Beach County Florida.  The parcel is 4 acres
and we plan to build 24 units.  We'll be constucting 3 types of units. Single
fam detached, sing fam attached - townhome- and multiplex to provide
diversity.,

We'll be building out of EPS and possibly straw bale to energy efficancy.
We'll be useing solar power for elec and hot water and possibly wind.  We
consider ourselves a sustainable community employing all we can to consider
that the planet's resource do have a limit.

communication, from hemisphere to hemisphere.
