Cohousing-L Mailing List: Got a lot from the conference!

Zev,

Thanks for expressing your exasperation about the one-track-mindedness of
the postings since the conference. It occurs to me that some of our avid
lurkers must be bored silly, and some of us frequent posters are getting
pretty weary of it too. This is the first time (I confess) that I have been
deleting many of my incoming list postings without even glancing at them. I
think some of this discussion has been thought-provoking--even
important--but enough already. 

Never fear, Zev and other conference planners, many of us came away with a
great deal from many, many parts of the conference. I could list a whole
bunch that I got myself, but frankly, I am too busy putting some of what I
learned into action in my new (Old Oakland) group, in BayCHUG (Bay Area
Umbrella Group), in thinking about the reagional (California) conference
next year and Seattle two years hence, in the resale information gathering
project...much of all this in large measure inspired by the conference. So
thanks again.
