We at Marsh Commons in Arcata, CA. have a 7,000 sq.ft. common house that 
contains 3,500 sq.ft. of rented commercial space right now.  As soon as we 
complete our houses and move in we will be develop some common work space 
into the structure, including perhaps a wood shop, and small offices.
