My former inlaws used to have one of these, but for some reason they are now
generally unavailable from any old appliance supplier. The Real Goods
Trading Company at 800-762-7325 has them for sale (natural gas or propane)
by mail. They start at about $575 and go up depending on flow capacity. Did
you know that Real Goods is the largest distributor of photovoltaic panels
on the planet? Wow. And I remember when they were a tiny little operation
with three or four folks answering phones and a very rudimentary order
fulfillment system!
