Our group is in the process of converting a Condominium PUD type 
development into CoHousing in Santa Cruz, California.  We are
currently just starting the process of buying up units, with
two families owning out of 18 current units.  Several units
will be coming up for sale or possibly rent in the near future
and we are looking for interested CoHousing people who may be
interested in living in CoHousing in Santa Cruz.

We are located one block from the entrance to the University of
California Santa Cruz campus, one mile from the ocean, in one
of the most beautiful, fun, liberal cities on earth.
