When the server's back up and we have more done on it, I'll post info from our daycare, Amazon Coop Family Center http://darkwing.uoregon.edu/~life/families/amazon/ We have a cookbook project going. We are a model for the USDA guidelines for ovo-lacto veggie childrens' mealplans, and we're publishing a cookbook with our mealplan meals and coop family favorites, probably this fall. I expect it will run something like $10-20, and be one of those plastic spiral bound jobbies. If you want to send me email, I'll save your name and address for sending information when they are done. Most of the meals are well suited to mixed audiences, and are very cost-conscious without being dull or poor nutrition. My partner, Tyler Hart, is the cook there... Shava Nerad shava [at] efn.org
