The main way to know how to unsubscribe from a mailing list is to
read the "Welcome message" which should have instructions.  Subscribers
should read and save the welcome message for future reference.
A copy of the welcome message was sent to everyone on 3/4 when the 
list came back up a few days ago...  

BTW Andrew wrote on 3/5 asking "Please unsubscribe" and complained
over the list on 3/7.  Please be a little bit more patient when 
requesting help.  Managing this list is not the only thing I do.
