Cohousing-L Mailing List: Buying land on option. Agreement advice?

I am working on updating the Cohousing Resource Guide and one chunk I
want to add is some specific advise about buy land on option, what to
look for, what things an option agreement should cover, etc.  I'd
appreciate any advice you all have to share, or pointers to good books
or other resources (people, videos, magazine articles etc.)
