Entry to the Common House

As you know, Doyle St.'s experience is not relevant. At Swan's Market, we
will probably walk upstairs onto our second floor courtyard and into the CH
or our houses from there. We will be living over our parking and the
elevator willl open up inside the common house. 

I assume your parking is on the street side, and people should perhaps have
the option of coming into it the CH from either direction, but should also
be able to walk around or past it into your pedestrian area, i.e., not be
forced to walk through it, especially in muddy boot season! The idea is to
encourage people not to go directly from their cars into their houses
without going through either outdoor or indoor community space (or both). At
least that's the way I see it.
