Hi,Have you ever consider Durham/Chapel Hill as a place to live?? If so, you 
might be interested in this:

This is to let you all know that Soltera, a cohousing community developing 
in beautiful Durham/Chapel Hill NC is holding a conference April 19-20 1996 
called "NO PLACE LIKE HOME". 

Friday night will be an opportunity for current members and anyone 
considering membership to get together,eat dessert, have time to meet, get 
updated about the state of Soltera, brainstorm about housing designs and 
thinnk a bit about what is interesting and exciting about the project.

Limited child care will be avaliable. 

Saturday will include a walk of the land, potluck lunch, discussion time, 
and a policy issue meeting later in the afternoon.

We'd like to invite the larger community of cohousers and prospective 
cohousers to come visit, to think about Soltera as a possible home, and to 
hang out with our multi-faceted group of members.
