One of the effects which John did not mention in his post about the
effects of us coheavehoist's doing all this development work is that we
are proving to the entities which approve building things, the planning
dept types, that the peepul can do this development stuff.  This can
really jazz some of those back room types and then when the next project
comes along, there is this support team in the planning dept.  So if you
are the first on your block to do citizen initated development, remember
that hopefully, you won't be the last. So build those bridges for the
next generation to cross on.
