On October 17,18,19, 1996 at the Nyland CoHousing Community in Lafayette,
Colorado a very special event will take place.

                      Developing CoHousing Communities - Keys to Success

This three day seminar is designed especially for development professionals
who are committed to being on the leading edge of neo traditional residential
development.  It will be an opportunity to meet and learn from the nation's
experts about both the significant opportunities and unique challenges
associated with these developments.  The seminar has been designed to promote
small group presentations and personal interaction with all seminar faculty.
 To insure this level of personal interaction, registrations will be strictly
limited to the first 50 participants.   All meetings will be held in the
Nyland CoHousing community common house in Lafayette, Colorado 30 miles
northwest of Denver and will include an in-depth guided tour of three
additional projects in the Denver metro area.

Speakers include  Don Altschuler, Katie McCamant, Chuck Durrett, Chris
Hanson, Jim Leach and Zev Paiss.  Each participant will receive a binder full
of actual examples of financial, legal, and other development documents,
article reprints from the CoHousing Journal, and other printed resources.
 Also included for the registration fee will be a package of additional
resources including books, videos and a subscription to CoHousing: the
journal of the CoHousing Network.
