Cohousing-L Mailing List: How's your Common House?

I'm on the Design Committee here at Two Echo CoHousing and we are in the 
process of designing our Common House. I'm wondering if anyone can give me 
some feedback on existing Common Houses?  What do really like about yours?  
What do you hate?  What do you wish had been done differently?  Any advice 
that you wish you had been given?
