Thanks for asking.  Please add EcoVillage of Loudon County, Virginia to your
list of cohousing communities.  We're using cohousing principles in
developing two communities of 25 homes each on 180 acres (about to settle on
the land).  We have formed a limited liability company and are using
investment monies to purchase and develop the land.  Fourteen households
