Thanks for keeping a list.

Please add the Woodlawn Cohousing Community to your list of communities
currently in the planning stages.  We've got a site on the South Side of
Chicago and plan to develop a mixed-race, mixed-income, multigenerational
community.  We've obtained a pre-construction loan and are in the process
of hiring an architect to draw up the plans for a 30-unit development.
