Cohousing-L Mailing List: Business collaborations among cohousers

Probably lots of folks work out of their homes at least part time, but how
many of you living in cohousing are collaborating/sharing in some kind of
business?  

Or, how many have plans to have a fairly major enterprise that helps
sustain/grow the community, like some intentional communities do?  

Is shared office/shop space a high priority in common house facilities?

Seems to me the possibilities are manifold and the benefits of minimizing or
avoiding commuting elsewhere to work could be huge.  

Future plans?
