We built one set of upper/lower 1 bedroom units, but we also built 2 more
over parking. Saves land space, and I don't have anyone walking around over
my head, nor do I have to be careful about noise we make. We also have the
best view, and a private 2nd floor patio, also over parking. I highly
recommend this style.
